Important Notice

Due to the nature of food products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products.

1. No Return Policy

At Akshra, we prioritize food safety and quality. Therefore, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Found a better price elsewhere
  • Do not like the taste or flavor
  • Delayed order acceptance by customer

2. Manufacturing Defect Returns

We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or broken during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired or near expiry (less than 15 days)
  • Packaging is torn, opened, or tampered with
  • Visible contamination or foreign particles found
  • Quantity mismatch (received less than ordered)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return for manufacturing defects:

Step 1: Report Within 24 Hours

Step 2: Provide Evidence

Share clear photos/videos of the defective product, packaging, and invoice. This helps us verify the issue quickly.

Step 3: Await Approval

Our quality team will review your claim within 24-48 hours and approve if valid.

Step 4: Return Shipment

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label. Do not ship the product before approval.

4. Refund Process

For approved returns:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Bank Account)
  • Shipping charges will be refunded if the defect is confirmed
  • You will receive a refund confirmation via email and WhatsApp

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement. We will ship a fresh product at no additional cost once the defective item is returned. Replacement delivery follows standard delivery timelines.

6. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product packaging is opened or used
  • Complaint raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Product was stored improperly by the customer
  • No proof of purchase (invoice) is provided
  • Product was purchased from unauthorized sellers

7. Quality Assurance

We take pride in our quality control. All products are inspected before dispatch. Our makhana is FSSAI certified, and we follow strict hygiene protocols. If you receive a defective product, we sincerely apologize and will resolve it promptly.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return and Refund Policy and any disputes arising out of or related to returns, refunds, product quality claims, or manufacturing defects shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal proceedings, disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from returns, refunds, product defects, quality issues, or related matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural District, Karnataka, India. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience of such forum.
