We strive to deliver your premium makhana products as quickly as possible:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• Bulk Orders: 5-10 business days (depending on quantity)

Note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight:

• Orders above ₹999: Free Delivery
• Orders below ₹999: ₹50-₹100 (based on location)
• Bulk orders: Custom shipping rates applicable

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner's website.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate delivery address including landmark, pincode, and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address or contact details
• Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
• Refusal to accept the delivery

The order will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees. Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Any legal proceedings, disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from delivery services, damaged goods, delayed shipments, or related matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural District, Karnataka, India. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience of such forum.
